On April 13, Mr. Anar Guliyev, the Chairman of the State Committee on Urban Planning and Architecture of the Republic of Azerbaijan received Mr. Ruslan Parkhamovich, the Minister of Architecture and Construction of the Republic of Belarus who are visiting our country.  Welcoming the guest, the Chairman of the Committee noted the high level of development of relations between the two countries in many areas and expressed satisfaction with the constant exchange of experience in the field of urban planning and construction in bilateral and multilateral formats. Mr. Anar Guliyev then spoke about the work carried out under the leadership of Mr. Ilham Aliyev, the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Azerbaijan, to restore and reconstruct the territories of Azerbaijan liberated from long-term occupation as a result of the successful anti-terrorist and coercive operation against Armenian aggressors and informed his Belarusian counterpart on the general activities of the committee and reforms in the field of urban planning. Thanking for the warm reception, Minister Parkhamovich said he attached special importance to the development of bilateral relations with our country based on the principles of mutual trust, respect, and friendship. Giving detailed information on the activities of the Ministry of Architecture and Construction of the Republic of Belarus, the Minister said that they were ready to support Azerbaijan in the construction work in the Karabakh region, to participate in the urban planning processes of the country's designers and construction organization experts.  During the meeting, the State Committee on Urban Planning and Architecture of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Ministry of Architecture and Construction of the Republic of Belarus exchanged views on prospects for cooperation in the field of urban planning, as well as the application of modern information technologies in design and construction, and mutual relations and possible joint projects were discussed.
