During the meeting, an exchange of views took place on cooperation within the framework of the implementation of the 2026–2030 Partnership Framework between the Government of Azerbaijan and the UN on Sustainable Development. It was noted that this document serves as an important foundation for future-oriented partnership in line with Azerbaijan’s national priorities and makes a significant contribution, in particular, to the implementation of the Sustainable Development Goal “Sustainable Cities and Communities.”

 

Anar Guliyev expressed his gratitude to the guest for her personal initiative and constructive partnership during her tenure as Resident Coordinator. Special attention was given to the organization of National Urban Development Forums in Karabakh and Eastern Zangazur, as well as to the productive and substantive dialogue conducted in preparation for the 13th World Urban Forum.
