Chairman of the State Committee on Urban Planning and Architecture of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Anar Guliyev, will receive citizens from the Guba, Gusar, and Khachmaz districts on 21 August 2026.

 

The reception will begin at 10:00 in Khachmaz and will focus on addressing issues raised by citizens within the Committee's areas of responsibility.
