State Committee on Urban Planning and Architecture of the Republic of Azerbaijan (the Committee) announces bid quotations for items required in 2019: Lot-1 Stationery and Household Goods, Lot-2 Printing Materials, Lot-3 Office Supplies, Lot-4 Equipment and Lot-5 Other machinery and equipment for 2019 announces a quote for the purchase of machinery and equipment.

    Interested parties may submit their bids, that include taxes and duties, to the Committee in a stamped and sealed envelope not later than 01.04.2019 at 18:00. The envelope opening procedure will be held at 11:00 on 02.04.2019 in the Committee's meeting room.

    Authorized representatives of bidders may attend the envelope opening procedure.

    Procurement payment will be made by wire transfer within the allocated funds.
