Considering that all bids submitted for an open tender held by the State Committee for Urban Planning and Architecture of the Republic of Azerbaijan through electronic bidding on 10/4/2019 for work on “Lot 2 - Creation of intra-institutional information systems for urban planning and construction activities” as part of the work on “Creating a unified system of informational support for urban planning and construction activities” have been rejected due to non-compliance with requirements of the General Conditions of Tender, according to Article 11.2 of the Law of Azerbaijan Republic "On State Procurement", the open tender procedure is declared invalid and the tender continuation is refused.
