• Copy of approval resolution on the draft urban planning justification;
• Copy of the letter/request from the State Committee on Urban Planning and Architecture of the Republic of Azerbaijan for approval of the draft urban planning justification;
• Letter/request from the local authority or company to the State Committee on Urban Planning and Architecture.
