According to the decision of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan No. 6 dated January 12, 2015, the following documents should be submitted for approval of urban planning justification:

• Copy of the document confirming the right of ownership, rent or use of the land
• Draft urban planning justification - 4 originals;
• Copy of the extract from the state register of legal entities, if the client is a legal entity;
• Copy of the identity card, if the client is a physical person;
•  Application form or letter from the relevant local authority or company;
• Electronic version of draft urban planning justification (1 disc).
