Chairman Samir Nuriyev was the special guest of "Gunun Nebzi" on the state television channel AZTV and gave an interview on implementation of the Decree of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan "On Additional Measures to Improve Governance in Urban Planning" dated August 1, 2018, preparation work on implementation process of Baku's general plan.
