The President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Mr. Ilham Aliyev signed today the Decree “On simplifying the issuance of permits for the operation of some of the multi-apartment buildings.”

The Decree simplifies the procedure of issuing permits for the commission of unsanctioned for use multi-apartment buildings to the benefit of inhabitants. Please refer to the following link to view the full text of the Decree:
