Today, at COP29, an event dedicated to the implementation of Baku's Master Plan was held in the Multilevel Action and Urbanization Pavilion. Read Gasimov, Head of the Main Department of Urban Planning and Architecture of Baku under the State Committee on Urban Planning and Architecture, shared insights on the key objectives and achievements of the Plan. The event was also attended by representatives from the International Society of City and Regional Planners (ISOCARP) and the United Nations Human Settlements Programme (UN-HABITAT).
