The State Committee for Urban Planning and Architecture held another educational event to expand the application of the "One-stop-shop" e-application system in the country

On August 26, the State Committee for Urban Planning and Architecture held an educational event  with the participation of 12 local executive authorities covering the Absheron-Khizi, Lankaran-Astara and Shirvan-Salyan economic regions The  first deputy heads of executive authorities, chief architects and businessmen of Astara, Jalilabad, Lerik, Lankaran, Masalli, Yardimlito introduce the "One-stop-shop" electronic system that facilitates the process of getting permits for construction and operation of  Shirvan, Bilasuvar, Hajigabul, Neftchala, Salyan, Absheron, Sumgayit and Khizi regfions participated at the event. The event, held in online format, provided detailed information on the reforms carried out in accordance with the Decree of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated 28.12.2018 to facilitate the execution of permits, and the "One-stop-shop" electronic system established by the Committee.
Along with the representatives of the executive power, the event was attended by representatives of other relevant government agencies. At the online event, participants were visually demonstrated each functional unit of the "One-stop-shop" electronic system.
At the same time, the results of the analysis conducted by the State Committee for Urban Planning and Architecture on the errors found in the documents submitted through the "One-stop-shop" electronic system and their elimination were presented, relevant recommendations were given to the executive authorities. The proposals of the representatives of the executive power were also heard and registered at the event, and the questions of their interest were answered by the employees of the Committee.
It should be noted that the Committee continues to improve the "One-stop-shop" e-application system, which aims to simplify the mechanism for obtaining construction and operation permits, increase efficiency and transparency, and plans to conduct awareness-raising trainings in other economic regions.
