Before the meeting, the monument of National Leader Heydar Aliyev was visited, and flowers were laid at its base to honor his memory with respect and reverence.
During the meeting, citizens' questions regarding construction permits and land relations were addressed, and the raised issues were resolved. Additionally, detailed information was provided about the simplification of urban planning and construction procedures, as well as the advantages of the electronic permit system established by the Committee.
