Before the reception, a visit was paid to the monument of the national leader Heydar Aliyev, where flowers were respectfully laid to honor his memory.

On May 23, 2024, during meetings with residents of Gazakh, Aghstafa, Tovuz, Gadabay, and Shamkir districts, mainly answers were provided to citizens' questions regarding the procedures for obtaining permits for design and construction. Most of the raised issues were resolved on the spot, and relevant tasks were assigned to address the remaining ones.
