Before the reception, a visit was paid to the monument of the national leader Heydar Aliyev, flowers were laid at it, and his memory was honored with respect.

On April 26, 2024, during meetings with residents of Gubinsky, Gusar, Khachmaz, and Shabran districts, mainly answers were given to citizens' questions regarding land relations, the design of various objects, as well as requirements and procedures related to other urban planning legislation.

The majority of the questions were resolved on the spot, while appropriate instructions were given for further study on some of them.
