This time Anar Guliyev, Chairman of the State Committee on Urban Planning and Architecture of the Republic of Azerbaijan, received residents of Masalli and Yardimli regions. The meeting took place on April 11, 2023 in the city of Masalli. 

Before the reception, a monument to national leader Heydar Aliyev was visited, flowers were laid before it and the memory of the Great Leader was honored.

During the reception, the problems faced by residents in the framework of urban planning activities were discussed, and many questions regarding the activities of the Committee and other institutions were answered. The Chairman of the Committee informed residents that all necessary measures would be taken in accordance with legal requirements.
