On March 10, 2023, the next online meeting of the Working Group on “granting construction permits” was held on the topic "Organization of the Working Group's activities related to the Favorable Business Environment project and improvements to the time and cost of obtaining permits”.

The meeting was attended by the head of the Working Group, First Deputy Chairman of the State Committee on Urban Planning and Architecture Namig Hummatov, head of the Secretariat of the Commission on Business Environment and International Ratings Vusal Shykhaliyev, as well as by representatives of the State Fire Protection Service of the Ministry of Emergency Situations, the State Agency for Safe Working in Industry and Mountain-Mine Control, the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources, the Center for Analysis of Economic Reforms and Communication, the Small and Medium Business Development Agency and the Information Technology and Data Management Center under the Ministry of Economy, as well as other institutions.

During the meeting, statistical indicators on the timing of issuing conclusions and technical conditions during the process of issuing construction and operation permits, information on the results of a survey conducted among business entities in the relevant area for the second half of 2022 and the implementation of measures provided for in the Road Map for 2022-2023 were discussed in detail.
