Together with native residents, our traditional worths flourish again in Talish village of Aghdara region. After many years, this year the residents celebrated "Yel Charshanba" (Wind Tuesday) in their ancient land with great enthusiasm.

It should be noted that in March 2023, 20 families (91 people) were relocated to the village of Talish within the framework of the "Great Return" Program, and work is currently underway to rebuild the village. In the second phase of the resettlement plan, 158 families will return to Talysh village.

To date, 20 houses and 10 non-residential objects have been restored and reconstructed in the village. The administrative building and the kindergarten were thoroughly renovated, and the school building with a capacity of 78 students was also restored.
