The new park complex, which will be designed in accordance with the city's detailed Master Plan, will cover an area of ​​approximately 11 hectares. Approximately 9 hectares of this area will be covered with greenery. Special zones, sports and health corners, as well as entertainment and extreme adventure areas for children will be created in the park for organizing events in the social and cultural life of the region.

According to the project, the construction of an above-ground parking lot, a ski track, restaurants, cafes, an amphitheater and other necessary infrastructure facilities is also planned in the park.
