The State Committee on Urban Planning and Architecture of the Republic of Azerbaijan (the Committee) announces bid quotation for procurement of "Maintenance works in the administrative building of the Committee in 2019" at the expense of funds allocated under the Article 221320 of the budget classification.

Those who wish to take part in the procurement process should submit their bids to the Committee their stamped bid prices that include taxes and other duties in sealed envelopes not later than, 15.08.2019 at 18:00 local time. The envelope opening procedure will be held on 16.08.2019 at 11:00 in the Committee's meeting room.

Authorized representatives of bidders may attend the envelope opening procedure.

Procurement payments will be made by wire transfer within the allocated funds.
