The chairman of the State Committee for Urban Planning and Architecture received the Japanese ambassador to Azerbaijan

Chairman of the State Committee for Urban Planning and Architecture Anar Guliyev received Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Japan to Azerbaijan Junichi Wada.
The chairman of the committee informed the ambassador about Armenia's aggression policy against our country and recent military provocations, restoration of Azerbaijan's territorial integrity within the framework of international humanitarian law and counter-offensive operation on own territory. It was stressed that the occupation of Nagorno-Karabakh and surrounding regions of Azerbaijan by the Armenian armed forces is a real threat to regional peace and security. 
It was noted that the reconstruction of cities and other settlements liberated as a result of anti-terrorist and coercive operations carried out by our mighty army under the leadership of President Ilham Aliyev to ensure the security of our citizens in accordance with the requirements of international law, relevant preparations are being made by the Committee for the development of master plans and other spatial planning documents that form the basis of its development.
In turn, Ambassador Junichi Wada expressed confidence that peace would soon be established in Azerbaijan in accordance with the requirements of international law, emphasizing that Japan attaches special importance to the development of bilateral relations with our country and is interested in expanding existing cooperation in many fields.  
The sides exchanged views on the development of cooperation between the relevant government agencies and other relevant organizations of the two countries in the field of urban planning and organization, including the application of leading information technologies in design and urban solutions, as well as other topics.
