On September 25, 2024, the next meeting of the Coordination Headquarters for the centralized resolution of issues in the territories liberated from occupation, chaired by Samir Nuriyev, Head of the Coordination Headquarters and Chief of the Presidential Administration of the Republic of Azerbaijan, was held in the city of Kalbajar.

In his speech, Samir Nuriyev stated that, under the leadership of President Ilham Aliyev, comprehensive work is being carried out in all priority areas to achieve the full development of the liberated territories in accordance with the Great Return program. He emphasized that particular attention is being paid to ensuring the employment and sustainable economic activity of former IDPs to secure sustainable resettlement.

As part of the visit, an overview of the work carried out in the Kalbajar district was conducted. At the end of the meeting, based on the tasks set by the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan for the Coordination Headquarters, relevant instructions were given.
