Before the meeting, the monument of the National Leader Heydar Aliyev was visited, and flowers were laid in front of it to honor his memory with respect and reverence.

On June 11, 2024, during the reception of residents from the Aghsu, Ismayilli, Gobustan, and Shamakhi districts, questions related to architecture planning, design issues, construction permit and relevant procedures were addressed, and information was provided about the advantages of using e-system created by the Committee for this purpose.

During the visit, the Chairman of the Committee Anar Guliyev and the Head of the Aghsu District Executive Authority Rovshan Baghirov held extensive discussions on the implementation status of the city's Master Plan, the creation of public spaces, housing construction opportunities, and other urban planning issues.
