According to the instructions and recommendations of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev, the heads of central executive bodies, as well as other administrative bodies, receive citizens in cities and regions. This time, according to the schedule of the reception, the chairman of the State Committee for Urban Planning and Architecture Anar Guliyev met with residents of the Shirvan and Hajigabul regions. The reception took place on June 21 in the city of Shirvan. Before the reception, a monument of national leader Heydar Aliyev was visited, flowers were laid and his memory was honored with respect.
Committee chairman Anar Guliyev got acquainted with the exposition reflecting the life path and activities of the great leader. Then, citizens' appeals were heard during the reception held at the Shirvan Youth House. 
Issues corresponding to the activities of the committee were answered, some of them were resolved on the spot, and relevant instructions were given for the investigation of others.
