The next online meeting of the working group on "construction permits" of the Commission on Business Environment and International Ratings of the Republic of Azerbaijan was held. During the meeting, a presentation was made on the implementation period of applications for the construction and operation permit process by the institutions involved in the construction process for 10 months of the current year, statistical information and analysis on the causes of the current situation.

In addition, the meeting participants were informed about the situation with the implementation and expansion of the "One-stop-shop" e-system in the country, and exchanged views on the work being done to improve the e-system in general, and future goals.

At the same time, information was provided on the work done to implement the instructions of the Chairman of the Business Environment and International Ratings Commission to investigate the compliance with the requirements of Article 82 of the Urban Planning and Construction Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the proposals included in next year's Action Plan.

At the end, the working group discussed the initial draft Action Plan for 2022 developed on the basis of the proposals of the Working Group and made decision on finalizing it by December and on the thematic topic  of the meeting to be held within the current month in the direction of improving the technical capabilities of the “One-stop-shop” e-system.
