Dovlatkhan Famil oglu Dovlatkhanov

Date and place of birth: 23.07.1960, Qusar.

Education: Graduated from the Faculty of Civil Construction of Kyiv Engineering Construction Institute as a construction engineer in 1982.

Employment: 

Served as an engineer, senior engineer, chief of the group, chief engineer, and head of the sector at Workshop 3 of the Head State Design Institute "Azerdovlatlayiha" in 1982-2000.

In 2001, worked as a micro-project assessment manager at the Social Fund for Development of IDPs of the Republic of Azerbaijan and in 2009 was appointed the Fund’s Deputy Director.

By the Order of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan of 11 June 2010, Dovlatkhan Famil oglu Dovlatkhanov was appointed Deputy-Chairman of the State Committee of Urban Planning and Architecture of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

By the Order of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan of 9 April 2010, Dovlatkhan Dovlatkhanov was awarded the "Taraggi" Medal.

By the Order of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan of 22 June 2022, Dovlatkhan Dovlatkhanov was awarded the 3rd degree “For service to the Fatherland” Order.
